Awesome company, customer service is A1. Received my 6ft dummy in approx 8 days to Eastern Canada, bought 7 bags of rags from Princess auto and was short by 1 bag, 5 lb bags. Used sand filled in shins and upper leg areas only. Took me about 6 hours total to fill. Have used him twice so far for ground techniques and he works great, quality is very good so far. The absolute only negative I can say is the arms that are meant to the body do not hold in place. I have mine in a full gi, he even has a black belt. Overall you will not be sorry for purchasing this dummy. I guarantee this training partner will not quit on you.
