Great item perfect for takedowns and throws the material is stitched well and thick enough to last a long time . I placed pool noodles inside kinda like a skeleton and wrapped them with old T Shirts then filled it with 3 large bags of cotton stuffing and it came out to right at 20 lbs if you want more weight use more clothes in the legs to get it to stand on its own.

i bought 3 grappling dummy bjj for my work out i get this in size of of 4ft which perfect for me .Good quality build and it’s close to the height and this was the biggest reason I chose this one . The legs are short. Aside from that this can really take a beating from kids.

The material feels very tough, great, I do not perceive any issues with the quality! I bought a 6 foot dummy… Thankfully, BJJ MARTIAL ARTS customer service is sorting it out for me. Fast responses.

After reading reviews of various grappling and throwing dummies on Amazon, YouTube and martial arts web sites. I decided to order the 90lb dummy over the 70lb because I wanted to be sure to get a weight I knew would challenge me. I was also afraid that the 70lb would be to short (5’4″) for me, even though I am only 5’6″. I received the dummy through UPS and it came in a large cardboard box. I used a large 2 wheel dolly to take it into my basement where my workout area is located. Good thing I had a few steps into my walkout basement because this _ucker is heavy. Word of advice keep the dummy in the box because it is easier to move.
Once in my 12X14 workout area, I unboxed it and inspected it for any damages. The dummy didn’t come wrapped in plastic and did not smell as some other reviewers had complained about maybe because it wasn’t in long storage wrapped in plastic. I wiped it down to get some of the cardboard dust off of it.

I do everything martial arts with this wrestling dummy. For I stand him up against a wall in which I land punches, kicks, elbows, and knees against his body. I also slam him to the ground for wrestling purposes. And I roll around with him on the ground for grappling purposes. So this dude is good for basically practicing all or most styles of martial arts. And I almost forgot I manipulate his wrists & arms for Aikido or Aikido type of moves. But I must say his body does get some what pushed in from all the strikes, but yet he’s always still able to take more physical abuse, and seems to bounce back to form.

I am 5ft so I got a 70″. That was sufficient for me. I am happy I didn’t get any heavier. I nearly purchased the 90lb. I like rehearsing my twofold legs and fire fighter conveys with this thing. Likewise will rehearse ground striking. In the event that its 2am and I have an inclination that I need to let loose a little I toss around this person. It helps a great deal with Judo tosses since it encourages me with getting my feet in the perfect spot when I need to execute a toss. It causes me with becoming accustomed to sorting out my rival’s focal point of mass. I fixed countless missteps that i’ve been making natural for quite a long time. I’m similar to 5’3 1/2″ so this thing is taller than me. Accommodating in light of the fact that the majority of the individuals I can fight with at judo overshadow me as well.
Extraordinary conveyance! it was quick and it arrives in a major box.

I think bjj martial arts is the only way to go. Build quality and ergonomics are awesome. I am based in US and in a few days I got it delivered at home no hassles. Very pleased with the purchase and their customer support is really good. Thank you

I wanted a grappling dummy for home training but didn’t want to spend a lot of money since most people wind up not using their dummy very much. I’m happy with this one although the threads don’t seem super strong.
