I purchased this training dummy, and it has been incredibly useful for a variety of techniques. It’s perfect for practicing arm attacks, neck attacks, guard entries, and sweeps. However, I should mention that it falls short when it comes to simulating leg locks. I’m 6 feet tall, and I found that the dummy’s legs are too short for realistic leg lock drills. Despite this, I’ve been quite satisfied with its performance for everything else.
